Citiclub Hotel Melbourne

The staff were helpful and responsive, especially when my card didn't work. They were pretty good too find a solution and made sure I had a successful outcome. The hotel had a great location in the city, with easy access to CBD hotspots and public transportation. The room was spacious and comfortable, with high ceilings and big windows. The bed was comfortable, and the rate I paid was very competitive.

We had a fantastic stay in this hotel. Best aspects were cleanliness, hotel facilities, location close to transportation and parking. It was easy for us to find a shop for supplies and to reach the center of business activities. Breakfast was good and the staff were friendly.

Nothing to dislike.

Clean, comfortable bed and great location for exploring the city. Appreciated the free Wi-Fi and helpful reception staff. Even though we were warned about the nightclub noise, it wasn't too much of a bother and we still managed to get a good night's sleep. a good stay.

The hotel's location was very convenient, with easy access to train stations and numerous restaurants. However, due to the nightclub on top of the hotel, it was difficult to sleep after a long flight, as the bass and noise could be heard even on higher floors. The room itself was clean and comfortable, with standard amenities like a mini fridge and toiletries. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing information about the nightclub upon check-in.

The bathroom decor was a bit outdated.

The hotel is in a great area, right next to a very nice Malaysian restaurant. It's also conveniently located above a nightclub, which adds to the vibrant atmosphere. The service provided by the staff was excellent, and the basic amenities in the rooms were in good condition. Plus, the breakfast included in the price was a great bonus.

All aspects of this hotel were satisfactory, no improvements needed.

Great city center location, nearby public transport options. Friendly staff and comfortable, spacious rooms, especially the executive queen suite. Good value for money, and even provided earbuds in case of noise from the nightclub below. Some minor communication issues between the front desk and cleaning staff during our late checkout.

We had a lovely romantic escape at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome and valued throughout our stay. The location was perfect, with easy access to public transport and nearby attractions. We particularly enjoyed the cozy and comfortable ambiance of our room, decorated beautifully and had all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay.

There were a couple of things that could have been improved. the cleanliness of the room could have been better, as we noticed some dust on the windows and the upholstery.
